T.R.U.T.H. Puppeteers
(Together Reaching U Through Him)
Seventh grade thru Senior High
T.R.U.T.H. Puppeteers are a group of young people
reaching out to others through a puppet ministry.
These talented young people perform throughout the
school year at retirement homes, schools, churches,
boy's and girl's clubs, and many other organizations.
In June of 2002 the puppeteers made their inaugural
mission trip to Raleigh, N.C. where they performed
everyday at opening and closing of Our Savior Lutheran
Church Vacation Bible School, plus helped teach VBS
classes. They also performed at night for 3 churches.
In June of 2003 the puppeteers took a servant trip
to New York City to perform and help do repairs at
Our Savior Lutheran Church and School plus share the
Good News with various other churches in the Bronx.
In June 2008 the puppeters went on a 7 day trip to Pioneer Camp and Retreat Center in Angola, New York. They performed for disabled campers and visited elementary schools in the surrounding towns.
An album of the trip can be seen on our web-page.
The Puppets rehearse on Wednesday evenings after
Midweek. They also enjoy fellowship time together.
If you are interested in the puppets performing at your church or location call Trinity Lutheran Church at 417-866-5878
The group is looking at hosting a seminar on
puppeteering within the next few years.
